Buying

LET'S MEET!

Let's meet in person, Zoom or phone to chat about you what you are looking for, your deal breakers, your dream scenarios, and get down to details about your budget, your preferred communication channels and timeline so we can both decide if we are a match.

LINE UP FINANCING

Let me help you find the right lender who can run your numbers and options so you know what the sweet spot is for you in terms of purchase price. Most importantly, a good lender will be engaged throughout our search and contract process, ensuring the deal actually gets done. 

BEGIN YOUR SEARCH

Using Compass $1B technology platform, we will setup your parameters, and target areas so nothing slips through the cracks. We can communicate in real-time on a shared collection of listings, watch how the market is shifting and begin to go visit properties. 

MAKE OFFERS

We will go through the contract well before submitting an offer, so you understand the elements and options we may need to adjust to be competitive. We will also look at the property with the lens of an inspector, pointing out any red flags so you go into any purchase with eyes wide open.

CONTRACT TO CLOSING

Once you find the perfect property and are under contract, my team and I will be with you every step of the way, moving through each important deadline with clarity and clear expectations. From Inspection to Appraisal, we will walk with you though every decision and negotiation until closing. 

ONGOING SUPPORT

Even after you have moved in, we are here to support any  needs you might have, from recommending trusted resources for renovations to keeping you updated on the value of your home. We are here to answer questions and support you, your friends and family with future purchases.

Selling

BE STRATEGIC

We will work together, using comparable properties, market insights, and your personal goals to determine the right price and the right time to sell. Getting these two elements right can make or break a home sale. 

RENO & REFRESH

We will look closely at your property, assessing any repairs or updates that need to be made to get the best price for your home. Whether that be fresh paint, cleaned up landscaping, or furniture staging, we will work together to determine a budget, or even work with Compass Concierge to cover those costs up front for you before we list. 

MARKETING PLAN

We will outline a clear marketing strategy for your property from high-quality photography to video and 3D tours. Once we have those tools in place, we will launch a social media campaign, print materials, and potentially paid advertising to get as many eyes on it as possible to find qualified and serious buyers in local and relocation markets.

OFFER NEGOTIATION

Once we receive offers, we will sit down and discuss all of the elements of each, from dates and deadlines to terms and qualifications of each buyer. We will then decide what makes the most sense for each as you accept, counter, or reject potential offers.

CONTRACT TO CLOSING

Once you are under contract, my team and I will be with you every step of the way, moving through each important deadline with clarity and clear expectations. From inspection to appraisal, we will walk with you though every decision and negotiation until closing.
